How should I prepare my song for mixing?

Export your stems and ensure there is no clipping on any of the track stems.

Feel free to included rough mix over as a reference if needed.

How should I prepare my mix for mastering?

We recommend sending a 24 bit / 44.1khz or 24bit / 96khz WAV or AIFF mix. Please leave around 2-3db of headroom.

I’ve paid for my order, how do I upload?

Please send your stems for mixing/mix for mastering via wetransfer/dropbox etc to contact@deltamastering.com

Can you master from stems?

Yes we can master from stems, please just bounce out your bus groups and send them over.

How long will it take to mix my track?

Standard mixing turnaround is 3-5 days. If you require your mix faster please select 24 hour turnaround in the option menu.

How long will it take to master my track?

Standard mastering turnaround is 48 hours. If you require your master faster please select 24 hour turnaround in the option menu.

What format will my mixed and mastered tracks be delivered back in?

We will deliver your mixed or mastered tracks as industry standard 24 bit / 44.1khz WAV or 24bit 48khz if required. If you have a specific format you would like your tracks delivered please get in touch via the contact page or by emailing contact@deltamastering.com

What if I don’t like the mix?

We include revisions in the cost of all mixing orders, just email contact@deltamastering.com if you would like a revision.
